Q: Do you do custom orders?

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Please allow at least 5-7 business days for shipping. I’m a one woman show here at Button Pusher so I can’t always process an order right away.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time I am only shipping domestically within the United States. I’ll hope to get there eventually though, so check back later.


Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: No, at this time all sales are final. Because I’m a small business returns and exchanges are very costly to process. I’m also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, mistakes at the post office, mistakes in addresses - please double check that you’ve given me the correct address before completing your purchase!

That being said if your package is damaged or there is an error in your order that was made on my part I will work with you to return or exchange the item.


Q: What if my shipment arrives damaged?

A: If your items arrives damaged please contact me at info@buttonpushernv.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and I will work with you on getting it replaced in a timely fashion. Please include a photograph of the damaged item so I can evaluate how I would like to proceed with it on my end.


Q: I’m interested in being a featured artist. What’s next?

A: Awesome! I would love to hear from you and see your work. Please fill out the form on our Featured Artist Page and you will receive a reply with all the details of the program for your review and to further discuss us working together.
